Western Loudoun's entertainment event of the year is coming to Franklin Parks Art Center with Max Major and his "Think Again" tour!!! Max Major is named DC’s “Best Performance Artist 2014” by the Washington City Paper, recognizing him as one of premier entertainers in the DC area. This performance and event is normally something you only find in the posh areas of DC or NY. NOW, for one night only on June 9th Max Major is now coming to Purcellville!! 

Staged in the intimate setting of the Franklin Park Arts Center, every patron will enjoy an up-close experience of Max Major's mystifying talent. His performances encompass magic, mentalism, and hypnosis. VIP ticket holders will top off their evening by enjoying a catered reception with Max Major! 

Not only will you enjoy a magical evening, but the proceeds of the show will help purchase chrome books that will benefit our children in learning through the BYOT (Bring Your Own Technology) initiative with computers for our local middle school. Beauty & Mixology Projecht Event

Projecht Event Design & Management has a new series they want to celebrate with beautiful you! This Projecht series is called "Beauty & the Lush" and will feature beautifying MUA professionals with top-notch mixologists to help you feel beautified and utterly relaxed. The next session starts May 31st...that is this week! At the event, You will learn how to make a cognac beverage and how to contour like a master. There will also be little bites on hand while you are sipping your cocktails.

May is Mental Health Month

May is mental health month. Everyone knows someone close to them that has been affected by mental health. Suicide, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Post-Partum Depression, Schizophrenia, and even more disorders than this tiny list includes. If you are a sufferer or family of a sufferer, than you need not suffer alone. This post is genuine and written for free, because my entire family has been affected by mental illness my entire life. Friends of Loudoun Mental Health provides assistance, awareness, and advocacy for those effected with Mental Illness here in Loudoun County.
