May is Mental Health Month

May is mental health month. Everyone knows someone close to them that has been affected by mental health. Suicide, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Post-Partum Depression, Schizophrenia, and even more disorders than this tiny list includes. If you are a sufferer or family of a sufferer, than you need not suffer alone. This post is genuine and written for free, because my entire family has been affected by mental illness my entire life. Friends of Loudoun Mental Health provides assistance, awareness, and advocacy for those effected with Mental Illness here in Loudoun County.

Want to show your support? Donate an online gift now. You can also show your support this Tuesday, May 10th at Travinia Italian Wine kitchen in Leesburg at 6 pm for the High Heeled Happy Hour! Here is your chance to network with other like-minded small business owners, have a cocktail, support a great local cause, and of course wear your most adorable heels for a chance to win some incredible door prizes. Below are the numbers to our local crisis centers if you or your loved one need help.
